From conception and an analysis of our client's goals, needs, and vision for a project, PGC is able to analyze the site conditions, climate, topography, and surrounding context. In this stage, PGC is able to conduct research on relevant codes, regulations, and zoning requirements, thus giving PGC the ability to identify potential challenges and opportunities. 

As PGC enters the conceptualization stage, we are able to navigate our clients through specific design schematics, and begin to tailor the developmental designing and collaborate with engineers, architects, and decision makers to integrate structural, mechanical, and other systems. As the stage progresses, PGC is able to refine the material palette and finalize interior and exterior details.  

At this stage - it's considered that the precise direction and schedules have been compliant with building codes and regulations. As PGC enters the project closeout, all bidding and proposals have been reviewed. Once those have been completed and the construction administration have addressed any issues, it is then coordinated with the final inspections and the project works to closeout.
